Earth Requiem: A Choral Tapestry Honoring Our Earth

A unique opportunity to experience Eve Beglarian’s opening movement of Earth Requiem: A Choral Tapestry Honoring Our Earth, a site-specific art installation with live choirs and chamber orchestra conceived by artist Diana Wege as a warning response to humanity as the effects of climate change, pollution, resource depletion, and nuclear capability create apocalyptic conditions for the future of our planet.

The concert will also feature the world première of A Trip to the Village composed by Village Trip Artist Emeritus David Amram for violist Consuelo Sherba.

This concert is supported by the Roger Shapiro Fund for New Music.
