Noreen Doyle is President & CEO of the Hudson River Park Trust, overseeing the design, management, development and programming of the four-mile-long waterfront park and its 400-acre estuarine sanctuary.

In recent years, the Trust has constructed 10 acres of new public open space, delivered environmental educational programming to 30,000 children and adults each year, and completed two large habitat enhancement projects that have reintroduced 35 million oysters to the Hudson River – all while operating the park on a financially self-supporting basis.  Throughout her park career, Noreen has also championed direct access to the Hudson River.
